The 2-channel eddy current test instrument is characterized by a fully digital signal processing. It allows a single crack inspection as well as a multi-frequency investigation of the materials structure, but also a combination of both applications. The test instrument can be integrated directly into a production line. The process communication can be handled via a universal digital I/O interface or via serial FieldBus Interface. In addition, it offers numerous functionalities such as electronic distance compensation, multi-frequency multiplexing, multi-sensor multiplexing and multi-frequency/multi-lot sorting with self-learning "Bubble Gates".
