Rotating sensor set
With this set, consisting of nine shaft-adjustable rotating sensors, Rohmann GmbH covers a diameter range of 5 to 30 mm. These are supplied in a practical carrying case, as is the corresponding TP200 reference standard. The case offers space for up to 12 sensors, as well as rotor and cable.
Reference body
The rotating probe set is complemented by the TP200 reference body, which covers the entire diameter range of the nine sensors. For each of these sensors there is a reference bore with a diameter that corresponds to the average value of the respective sensor. The test body is divided into two parts, with the division being centered to the drill holes to enable a continuous crack simulation. In addition, there is a lateral hole with a diameter of 1.4 mm that simulates corrosion.
Transport case
The case is equipped as standard with nine shaft-adjustable sensors and the TP200 test body. However, it offers space for a total of twelve sensors, one MR3 mini rotor, one SMR4 sub-mini rotor, one SR1 standard rotor and the required connection cable for the corresponding test device.
